Product details

Description

Yunnan wild black tea (typically referring to black tea made from wild ancient tea trees or "wild-growing" tea trees) is characterized by the pure, untamed charm of the mountains, a silky and rich mouthfeel, and a gentle, harmonious profile infused with natural floral and fruity notes. 1. Flavor and Mouthfeel (Silky and Rich): The tea liquor is smooth upon entry with a full-bodied texture, offering a distinctively silky, rich, and refined sensation. Gentle and Harmonious: Unlike some cultivated ancient-tree black teas that feature bold, intense sweetness, wild black tea offers a fresher, more natural profile—soft, pure, and non-astringent. Natural Richness and Lingering Sweetness (*Hui Gan*): Sourced from wild ancient tea trees that grow amidst the forest with minimal human intervention, the tea is rich in natural compounds; it delivers a mellow, full flavor and a rapid, enduring sweet aftertaste. 2. Aroma Characteristics (Mountain Charm): The aroma carries a unique "wild" quality and the fresh scent of deep-mountain flora, making it highly distinctive. Bright Floral and Fruity Notes: Accompanied by natural hints of honey, flowers, or fruit, the aroma is stable and persistent, leaving a long-lasting finish. 3. Tea Character (Distinctly "Wild"): It possesses robust *Qi* (tea energy) and a pronounced high-mountain character; it is highly durable in brewing, maintaining its unique wild essence from the first steep to the last.
