By accessing or using the Enjoytea website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability.
Pricing & Availability
We make every effort to ensure prices and stock status are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We charge a flat shipping rate of USD $12 per order; orders of USD $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, brokerage fees, or remote-area delivery surcharges. These charges are not included in the product price, shipping cost, or order total unless stated at checkout. If any apply, we will contact you during order confirmation so both parties can agree who pays and the amount before shipment. No additional charge will be collected without your confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
You may return most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Perishable products such as tea and agarwood must be sealed and in resalable condition. To request a return, email teainjoy99@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Any return-related customs charges will be confirmed with you before the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Yinyue (Hangzhou) Tea Industry Development Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yinyue (Hangzhou) Tea Industry Development Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be submitted to the competent courts in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws remain applicable and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
